How do I request the access key for the online catalogue?
If you are already a Matglori client, you can request it by phone or email, identifying yourself with your client code.
If you are not yet a client, you can also request it by phone or email, providing details such as the contact person, shop name and address.
How do I place an order?
Orders are handled by our sales advisors, which may be the sales representative, distributor, or our office team via phone or email.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no obligation to place minimum orders, although we recommend avoiding very small orders, as they increase shipping costs.
What is the delivery time once I place my order?
If the item is not in stock, delivery takes between 10 and 30 working days from the order date. When placing your order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery date.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
You may request a return within 15 working days from the invoice date if the product has manufacturing defects or does not match your order. We will replace the item immediately with shipping costs covered.
How do I pay for my order?
As a general condition, payment for first-time customers is made upfront via bank deposit or transfer.
Once the commercial relationship begins, payment terms are 30 or 60 days from the invoice date, via deposit, transfer, cheque or bank draft. Other conditions may be negotiated.

Can I purchase exclusive products?
We do not offer exclusivity on products currently in our catalogue.
However, you may request samples and a quotation for a custom design or for a product that is not part of our collection and that you would like us to manufacture for you.
To do so, you must send sketches or detailed ideas via email or phone, or even provide a physical sample of what you wish to produce.

We do not sell directly to individual customers.
We are manufacturers and sell to professionals only.
