1. Terms of delivery

1.1. Delivery

Matglori guarantees to deliver the merchandise in perfect conditions at the address indicated in the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we kindly ask our clients to indicate an address where delivery can be made during normal working hours of the courier services.

Matglori S.L. will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not match to reality or have been omitted. Shipping costs and/or management are not included in the price and will be communicated at the time of placing the order and invoice shown.

1.2. Deadline

Matglori S.L. work so that your order arrives as quick as possible. The products are usually in stock, there are cases of products unique sizes or adaptations in which case the delivery time can be extended a little longer. Normally, the delivery time for products in stock will be 10 to 30 days, for products not in stock the customer will be contacted with the delivery date.

1.3 Data Delivery, Delivery unrealized and Loss

In the same contact, either by email or phone, in which the customer is informed that the product has left stores Matglori SL, shipping details and the number of customer transport company will be provided responsible for the delivery, so that if any problem arises in delivery, Customer may contact to resolve it.

Matglori S.L. is not responsible for any delay caused by data entry errors in the delivery address by the customer at the time of purchase.

If you are absent at the time of delivery the Customer, the transport agency will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. The client will contact the courier.

If after 5 business days after departure to delivery of the order has not been entered into the delivery, the Customer must contact Matglori SL If the Customer does not do so, after 15 days from departure to delivery of the order it will be returned to our stores and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return to the origin of the goods, as well as any management costs associated.

If the delivery has not been commited due to the package loss, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, response times of our transport agencies typically range from one to three weeks.

1.4 Diligence in delivery

The Customer must check the condition of the package to the carrier who, on behalf of Matglori SL, perform the delivery of the product ordered, indicating on the delivery notes any anomaly that could be detected on the packaging. If once revised the product, the Customer detects any incident as stroke, fracture, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by this shipment, it undertakes to inform Matglori SL via e-mail with the respective evidence in the shortest time possible and within a maximum of 15 working days of delivery. By delivery we understand the moment when Matglori delivers the products purchased by the Customer.

2. Information on the website

The descriptions of the products displayed on Matglori SL are made based on the editorial team of Matglori SL. Matglori SL puts the necessary means so that the contents are accurate and up to date. However, the information given on each product, as well as photographs related to these products and trade names, trademarks or logos of any kind on the website of Matglori SL, are exposed on the website as a guide.

Matglori S.L. reserves its right to modify the commercial offer (products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) presented on the website at any time. There is a typographical error in any of our products and a customer had made a purchase decision based on that error, we will communicate that error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost on their part.

3. Responsibilities of Matglori S.L.

The products presented on the website will be governed under the Spanish law. The user assumes all liability for the use of our website, being the only technical and/or responsible for any direct or indirect effect on the resulting website, including, but not limited way, all economic, legal adverse, and the disappointment of the expectations generated by our website, forcing the user to hold harmless Matglori SL any claims arising directly or indirectly from such acts.

4. Customer and user responsibilities

5. Anulación de pedidos

Matglori S.L. accept cancellations for orders already available in stock and have not gone for shipment. For special orders only, who have already begun the process of production, no cancellations will be allowed. 6. Returns

A refund for defective product is one that occurs because the product is in disrepair and has a manufacturing defect. In no case back used or in poor condition due to using products will be accepted. The conditions for returning a product are:

1) The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must keep as far as possible the original packaging and labeling. Under no circumstances Matglori SL will accept a product that has been used by the customer.

3) A copy of the delivery note inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for return must be included indicating.

Once these conditions have been fulfilled, the customer must send an email to indicating shipping and invoice references, reasons for product return and refund. 7. Payments

As a general rule, the first orders made by new customers must be paid by either bank deposit or bank transfer. Once the business relationship is stablished the payment method can change and payment must be done 30 to 60 days from the invoice date by bank deposit, bank transfer, bank check or bank draft. 8. Intellectual Property
