1. How do I order the password for the online catalogue?
Clients of MATGLORI contact us by phone or e-mail indicating their customer’s code. Non-clients also contact us by phone or e-mail, stating their company´s name, address and name of a contact person among other kind of information.
2. How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed either through our local representative or by telephone/e-mail with our office in Barcelona.
3. Are there minimum orders?
There are no minimum orders. We recommend, however, not to order too small quantities to avoid higher freight.
4. What are the delivery periods?
In case of no stocks, delivery will be made within 10 – 30 working days from the date of ordering. The delivery date will be indicated at the time of your order.
5. What has to be done in case of a faulty product or false delivery?
In such a case you may request taking back of the merchandise within 15 working days from invoice date. The merchandise will be replaced automatically, free of charge.
6. How do I pay for my orders?
Normally, new clients pay cash or by bank transfer. Once a business relationship has been established, payment can be made 30 or 60 days after invoice date by bank deposit, bank transfer, bank check or money order. Other conditions to negotiate.
7. Can I buy accessories on an exclusive basis?
As a general measure we do not grant exclusivity for any of the products in our catalogue. You can, however, request samples and a cost estimate for a design of your own or an article not shown in our catalogue and that you want to have produced by us. For that purpose you would have to send us your sketches or detailed ideas by e-mail/telephone or you could send us a sample.
8. Can I buy from you as a private person?
We do not sell to private persons. We are manufacturers and we sell to the trade only. Should you be interested in any of our products, we will be pleased to put you in contact with the specialized shop nearest to you.
